Market America's Preferred Customer Program recognizes and rewards our best customers for their ongoing and loyal patronage of Market America products and services. Market America understands that providing a customer with the highest quality products and services is imperative to maintaining a long-term relationship; yet, since each customer is an individual, a customer's perception of quality is usually based on individual preferences. Market America's Preferred Customer Program is focused on developing quality, long-term relationships. We believe the very nature of our relationship with our customers is interactive and collaborative, and the most indispensable element of this relationship is the regular dialogue and feedback we enjoy with each of our Preferred Customers. This concept is a revolutionary step, because our best customers are those who will ultimately help determine what future services and products are made available to them through their Independent Market America Distributors, also known as Customer Managers. |

| The Preferred Customer Loyalty Rewards Program |
| The Preferred Customer Loyalty Rewards Program rewards loyal customers with prize drawings held several times a year by giving away valuable prizes and/or services to Preferred Customers who take the time to complete and submit short surveys. Each Preferred Customer will receive one entry in the drawings for each survey they complete. As your Preferred Customer Status (Ruby, Emerald or Diamond level) grows, your entries into these drawings are increased for each survey you complete. For example, Ruby = 1 entry per survey, Emerald = 2 entries per survey, and Diamond = 3 entries per survey. |

| Product Discounts |
| Once you qualify as a Market America Preferred Customer, you will begin to receive a 5% discount off suggested retail on any Market America products and services. While the savings percentage can climb to 15% with additional purchases, a qualified Preferred Customer will continue to receive at least a 5% discount. |

| Ruby Status: |
| Purchase $300 or more of Market America products in a three-month period and enjoy a 10% product discount, single entry to the Preferred Customer Loyalty Rewards Program (PCLRP) and participation as a member of the Preferred Customer Product Development Team. |

| Emerald Status: |
| Purchase $450 or more of Market America products in a three month period and enjoy a 10% product discount, double entries to the Preferred Customer Loyalty Rewards Program (PCLRP), one additional entry to the PCLRP for each order placed during that time period and participation as a member of the Preferred Product Development Team. |

| Diamond Status: |
| Purchase $600 or more of Market America product in a three month period and enjoy a 15% product discount, triple entries to the PCLRP, two additional entries to the PCLRP for each order placed during that time period and participation as a member of the Preferred Customer Product Development team. |

| How to become a Market America Preferred Customer |
- Register as a Preferred Customer to get your unique Preferred Customer ID#
- Make two (2) separate purchases within a 90-day period to become a Qualified Preferred Customer.
Every Qualified Preferred Customer will receive a minimum discount of 5% on any Market America product they purchase as long as they stay signed up as a Preferred Customer. This discount can increase to 10% (Ruby Level) if your accumulated purchases are equal to or greater than $300 ($450 for Emerald Level) in any given three-month period. Enjoy a 15% discount (Diamond level) by generating accumulated purchases of $600 or more in any three-month period |

| To maintain your 10% Ruby discount, you must continue to maintain purchases of $300 or more during the next three months. To maintain your 10% Emerald discount, you must continue to maintain purchases of $450 or more during the next three months. To maintain your 15% Diamond discount, you must continue to maintain purchases of $600 or more during the next three-month period. Failure to maintain this purchase level reverts your discount level back to 5 or 10%, depending on your cumulative order amount for that period. You will always, once qualified, receive at least the base discount of 5% off suggested retail. |
